Using Lakeland Fell water drawn from a natural source 100ft down in the heart of the beautiful Kentmere Valley.
The water is then infused with the energy of crystals given to Julie by Joao Teixeira de Faria (John of God) whist staying at the Casa de Dom Inacio de Loyola in 2004.
Additional crystal energies are added according to the blend, along with Bach Flower Remedies, Essential Oils and Natural Crystal Salt from the Himalayan Mountains in Pakistan.
